Favorite/Least Favorite Scents

Thought of this on the way in to work as I got a big whiff of roofing tar which is quite possibly, my least favorite scent on the planet. Gives me an instant headache. Anyway, what are your favorite scents and least favorite ones?

Favorite:

vanilla
freshly baked bread
exhaust from 2-stroke dirtbike (nostalgic reasons)
honeysuckle (growing wild)
coastal air (don't live there so it's refreshing when I visit)


Least favorite:

roofing tar
fresh asphalt
sandalwood
nail polish remover
potpourri
any strong floral scent
cigarette smoke

There is a tree that blooms around here every spring that smells like a candy and I love it, dunno what it is, though.

I hate new black leather. It absolutely makes me sick. Must be the dye.

The smell after a light rain when it hasnt rained in a while
The smell of the grass at a baseball diamond (nostalgic reasons)
The smell of burnt high octane gas from a hotrod


The Bad:
Barf (pretty much a given)
cocoa butter
cooked fish

grilling steaks
roses
coconut oil
fresh cut grass

LEAST FAVORITE
exhaust fumes
smoke from cigs
cheap perfume
strong mens cologne

Fish

freshly showered guy (and only when he uses real soap that's not that disgusting axe or old spice crap..I personally like Lever 2000 and Irish Spring)

cigarette smoke
strong cologne
the stuff they use to pave the roads with

Good one and I agree. Can conjur up that scent just from thinking back to being a kid and watching the fireworks show at our county fair each fall. Still love that scent as an adult.
