Dammit I can't find the exact quote, but I'm thinking about the one where George starts working at Elaine's office and he buys her the flawed cashmere sweather! She refuses the gift, and he gives it to the cleaning lady and they start bangin'. The boss finds out about it and calls George in to fire him.

He says something like, "I'm gonna have to plead ignorance on that one...you see, I had no idea that sort of thing was frowned upon here!"

Best episode - has to be the contest... I'm sorry all you soup nazi founds, it didn't get any funnier than that.

Best scene - the end of marine biologist

Funniest episode IMO - The betrayal... that is the one that takes place completely backwards.

My personal favorite is the end of the "Bad Boy" George episode. When George's father comes to the police station to bail him out, Elaine is there, and he (the father) and her are about to scrap:

this is another one of my favorites. this is when jerry was busy doing something and he gets a phone call from a solicitor:

Jerry: "Hello? Yes? Oh, this is he. What? Hey, you know, I'm really busy right
now, but if you'll give me your home phone number, I'll call you back when I
have more time. What? You don't give out your home phone number? Why's
that? Oh, so that people who you don't know don't call you at odd hours of
