Used to love star wars as a kid. Now, post episodes 1-3, I cannot stand it. Primarily because I can no longer think about star wars with out a certain retarded alien coming to mind.

The beginning of return of the jedi is actually my favorite part of star wars, it goes bad for most of the second half though. Empire strikes back is clearly the best overall movie.

Pretty clear that 1 and 2 are pure shit. 5 is generally considered the best, 4 and 6 are a step below, and 3 a half step below that.

I think I was better than II and III, the Liam Neeson effect counter balanced the JarJar disturbance, leaving podracing kidvader which wasn't a complete wash. The flow, dialog and music scores where better as well....Also Darth Maul was pretty cool.

ewoks are pretty terrible when you re-watch it, plus the whole death star re-hash is kind of lame. The ewok party at the end is pretty bad as well.

Yeah I voted Jedi too, was always my favorite, but Empire is widely considered the best so Im not surprised about the results
