That first one is an absolute snoozefest, I couldn't even make it half way through.

Descent 1, Macintosh PowerPC version with redbook audio.
Homeworld 1, though listening to it separately doesn't do as much good, it set the mood of the game fantastically.
Master of Orion 2, something you listen to for hours on end without realizing it.
Halo, particularly when viewed from the time when there was no sequels to overdo the series.
The Incredible Machine 3 - lots of variety, some of them awesome as standalone.

and of course, Wing Commander 3/4 for dramatic effect.
