Ugh, saw her on Talking Dead last night, I no likey the Australian accent. The Kiwi accent is nicer.
^ at least go look up a few lesbian scenes from the show.

As soon as they talked to the old lady, I told my GF "this is going to be like Hershel and the barn"... and sure enough. Ugh. Terrible writing, terrible acting, retread story lines.
Since I've watched all TWD and FTWD episodes, I guess I'm pretty much going to watch at least through this second season, but boy do they make it hard to watch. It's impossible to root for the "main" characters, you quickly end up rooting for the zombies to get them.
When the mom locked Cecilia in the cage...daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang!
No more til August
Not really.

In this case three marksmen aboard a US Navy ship made three simultaneous headshots on three separate individuals who were inside of a lifeboat that was moving about in a greater swell that was seen in the show.
I have no doubt that any of those three men could have made that same shot as we saw on the show.
I guess they decided to go full bore with the TWD barn comparison. Place goes up in flames, everyone has to leave etc. Pretty much a copy, pretty lazy writing in general.
Why was Travis barefoot?
You know, Celia may still be alive.
Strand was outside the wall and then suddenly inside with a truck? Or did that all take place outside the walls?
Not only did they copy that part, they also copied the whole "I am seeing my dead wife" thing. Rick had a period of time when he was seeing his dead wife as well.
I really think they needed an established comic book to work from. I don't think the writers here (including Kirkman) are capable of making a TV show from scratch.
At this point, it's not even worth criticizing the show. We all suspected that it was just a money grab based on the popularity of TWD and now they've shown us that's all it is. It had so much potential but no one was interested in doing anything different or unique. It's the Star Wars syndrome. You go with what works even when virtually everything you do is a blatant rip-off of the original.I don't understand how they can manage to screw up such a good show premise with so many possible creative directions so badly....
I think he went running after the idiot kid and ran through the garden etc, he didn't have shoes on when he started running. Not sure why though.
