It's a drama show, which there's many of, that happens to have zombies in it. There's nothing wrong with liking it but I didn't find it different enough than the many other drama show out there. Are you kidding? The drama is WHY the show works. It's not just a zombie show, it's a world where people are more feared than zombies. In my book, that twist is a lot more interesting.
Why are they calling it a miniseries? I thought 2 seasons were already ordered.First season only 6 episodes

Milk it good... seriously, you have record ratings for Walking Dead, why not cash in more?
Will watch.

I thought that the creator didn't want to go into any of the origin stories of the virus?
Anyways, I'd watch it. I feel like the gap between seasons in TWD is waay to long and I forget the story by the time of the next season.
the more Walking Dead the better
anybody still looking for explanation of the origin of the virus is misguided, it will never be explaindd and its not important
i think this new show is gonna be more straight up old school zombie horror and less of the drama
*snip*
Anyone see the latest trailer yet? August premiere date.

I don't think it is an unrealistic reaction to seeing an actual zombie for the first time and probably not really even knowing what it is.Yeah, I thought it was dumb, I liked the first teaser better...gave a little back story (flu outbreak or whatever), had a little scary part (zombie dude in the alley). This one was almost artsy...so it's some dude running away from...nothing. Looking scared. I understand what they were trying to do, but it didn't work for me
