Two things; first, this assumes that if two men get married, they're going to be engaging in anal sex regularly enough to cause an increase in the prevalence of anal cancer, which is not a given. You are comparing listeria which has a mortality rate of over 30%, to anal cancer, which has a mortality rate that is much lower. Not only that your statistics don't say what you say they say as pointed out above. And frankly your stats which rely on HPV also apply to straight men and women. If people sleep with people with HPV they are more likely to get certain types of cancers, period. Straight or gay, doesn't matter.
