Had a package that, by FedEx's own website, was scheduled for delivery today.
Delivery was never attempted (someone was home all day.)
At 6:17PM EDT today the FedEx website lists the delivery as "Delivery not attempted, delivery rescheduled for next business day."
I call to just ask why there was no deliver attempt made and I get told that FedEx Ground to Residential addresses doesn't deliver on Mondays and the package was never scheduled for delivery today. This despite the fact I have the April, 10 delivery date staring me in the face on their website.
So I ask her, "So why, according to your tracking on your website, did it say '7:14 AM On FedEx vehicle for delivery', if it never was going to be delivered today?"
Nothing but silence from the CSR............and then the conection got broken.
Had to call back and speak to another CSR who transferred me to a manager who referred me to another manager who offered to send it out by whomever I preferred in the morning to assure I received the package..........and I told 'em UPS would be just fine as UPS is ALWAYS here by 10:30AM, unlike FedEx who cannot seem to ever deliver a package on its scheduled day to me.....not twice in 7 years. UPS, on the other hand, never misses a deliver date for me and always in the morning.
I HATE FEDEX!!!
