That weekend is going to be FREAKING AWESOME.

Last weekend of the 6 nations (European yearly mini-cup), 3 games back to back on the Saturday. F1 qualifying early in the morning before, and then the race the next night

2.4L V8s... same as last year except now development has been frozen to save money.

I was curious too. My guess would be they are removed prior to running...like a jet engine storage baffle.

I think that is just there to fill in the hole of the radiators, not serving any real purpose (the hole in the middle could be for the AC units that they put on them.

Where is the engine going to fit? If you look at the back it really caves in right behind the driver, almost doesn't look like any space for an engine to be shoehorned in there.

i think those cover the air intakes that cool the engine

Those blowers hanging on the side plug into those holes before the race begins, after an aborted start or after a qualifying session to cool the rads.

You're right, those spoilers arent there for downforce... they're there so the car can fly over the competition!

That car probably generates enough downforce that you could drive it upside down at anything over 100mph.
