ff4: somewhat bizarre behaviour!!

something strange going on.
if i'm on my gmail page, or any other page for that matter, then go to my msn page, i get to msn, briefly, then thrown back to the page i came from.
doesn't seem to matter where i am, ff4 doesn't seem to want to visit uk.msn.com...
anyone else noticed this?

i got to that uk site just fine. maybe it's your profile? try it on another one or another computer to check...

it works fine using ie.
used to be ok with ff3

could it have something to do with this?
been getting this warning for months,

"Although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party. Are you sure you want to continue sending this information?"

used to be able to get there, after the warning below. which didn't show up all the time

how about this: create a new temporary login account for your pc and then see what happens when you try under that account.
