THEY WILL NOT GO OUT OF BUSINESS. THIS IS JUST LIKE CABLE MODEM, EVERYBODY SHARE THE SAME LINE, SO AS PEAK HOURS, THERE WILL VE A SLOW DOWN.
THE STATED VERY CLEARLY, UP TO 10MPS, THE KEYWORD HERE IS "UP TO"
THIS IS A VERY GOOD BUSINESS MODEL, COMBINE ALL DATA, VIDEO, & VOICE INTO ONE PACKAGE. I DON'T KNOW WHY IT'S TAKE THESE COMPANY SO LONG TO GET TO THIS POINT. MAYBE BECAUSE OF THE ALMOST MONOPOLY CABLE AND PHONE COMPANY TRY TO STOP THESE COMPANY FOR MORE PROFIT. >>
This is switched, so there are no bandwidth-sharing issues similar to cablemodems. Obviously it's "up to" 10Mbps; if you're downloading from somebody on a 14.4 modem, you're not going to get 10Mbps. As always, the speed you get downloading depends on a lot more than your isp.
Also, somebody was asking above about the WOW 3Mbps limit, if you add $20/month you get 10Mbps.
