i say if he wants to get physical, and you need to put things into perspective for the "punk" then knock his lights out

Avoid physical contact with said juvenile at all costs. The law will frown on you if you didn't try to avoid his threatening advances in any way possible. This includes running like hell.

You should contact your local PD to inform them of the situation in case you are unable to avoid hurtint the youth.

Hm. Thanks for the advice guys.
Edit: What is wrong with the world these days? Im young myself, but I was taught NEVER to touch anyone, especially women/girls. I have seen quite a few kids age 8-15 who seem to think its ok to rough up their sisters/mothers/etc. Am I just unlucky to have seen this stuff, or is this a growing problem?

If this person has made any threats against you he has violated the law. Terroristic threats are against the law.
Take out a restraining order against him, it does not cost anything but a hour of your time and then if he comes within 300 feet of you call the law and have him arrested, give him a little time to cool off in the slammer, it is to bad you live in a state where any kind of self defence other that feet and fists are illegal.

use a weapon to restrain him. stun gun, tazer, pepper spray...you just need something to take him down. don't "fight" him, he's not worth it, just get him down fast, restrain him, then call the cops. fsck pride and fsck fighting fair.

in pennsylvania i was attacked at a party and forced to defend my self (drunk kid, i was talking some girl he liked or something). I was 17 at the time and was on my 7th year of aikido, he threw a punch and i dislocated his elbow. Long story short i wound up paying for EVERYTHING, even though i had multiple witnesses saying that was the obvious agressor. The final ruling stated that i used excessive force and he wasnt a threat to me in current innebriated state. :disgust:

invest in a tazer or tazer gun, and some strong ass mace if he comes after you, mace um and shock his ass. you are also allowed to carry cuffs and preform a citizens arrest...or just cuff his ass and leave...
