File Sharing, whats the deal?

I am a longtime Kazaa user and lately I have noticed it is harder to download certain files. Is this related to the recording industry cracking down on file sharing? Is there another file sharing program people are flocking to?

I haven't had any problems. Though I don't really download stuff with Kazaa that often.
