Hey guys,

How do I transfer files from a PC to my laptop? i do have a file transfer cable but when I try to use it with windows Netowork nothing happens, it says verifying username and password and then says no connection! I run Win2k on both my laptop and my PC. Please help!

One more question where can I find a good tutorial for MS-Word, Excel and Powerpoint? both beginner and advanced.

I mean the parallel port file transfer cable.

The Dummy series has books on Word and Excel. I do not know about PowerPoint.

Go to your local bokstore and they should have many books on this subject. Spend time looking through them, and then see if the local library has the equivalent. The library issue may be 1-2 releases old, but you can then grab the basic concepts (and it will be free)
