I love this game! I wish I had gotten it at this price...oh well. It is in stock right now at the time of this post and has been going in and out of stock for the past few hours according to another message board.

great game. I'm still playing it still.
I got that guide so I'm busy doing all the side quests before I finish off the last leg of the story. Great game. The battle system reminded me a lot of Final Fantasy XI Online. Great game!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait for XIII

You can play any of the FF games independently. I believe the only other FF game that involves the same universe is Tactics.

And I have yet to see any connections to Tactics' "story", although I'm only 18 hours in.
