Question final stages of making a part list, a little under budget. want to do some upgrading (first build :D)

Current list

Current price- (according to pcpartpicker): 1331$
my budget is pretty flexible, i would prefer keeping it at 1400$ but i can do ~1425$ if its worth it. i would love to hear your thoughts on the list and suggest upgrades/changes for various parts. the one part i am not planning to change is the monitor, but im very flexible with everything else.

Use:
mainly gaming but my requierments are rather low, more then happy with 80-90fps 1080p. for the refresh rate i will adjust my monitor to what feels comfortable, but i doubt i'll need more then 75hz. i currently dont play competitive fps games.
I will play BG3 on this pc, and maybe helldivers 2. these are the most demanding games i play, but im sure i will be able to get good performance with this build, especially if i dont use max settings. I will also (learn) code on this PC, so it should be able to run Unity and c#/python reasonably well.

For the operating system, i will get a second hand key for a fraction of the price. dont bother considering it when managing the budget.

i talked to people on other forums and im confident the gaming performance will be enough for me, i would appreciate more opinions though, and if anyone knows a better prouduct for the same price or a stronger processor for example that will be worth the price i would love your advice

keep in mind im a complete beginner and i have very limited knowledge on hardware

Everything looks good. I would look for a deal on a x670/e though for more growth options in the future and possibly consider the 7900x for more cores. Possibly the 7800x3d if the price is right

thanks, the x7800 gpu actually gets to exactly my budget pretty much, so i will consider it. although i'm unsure if i really need the performance.

I was taking CPU. X on the end is CPU. X on the front is GPU.

Could save a few bucks on the PSU. Tech Spot's review of the RX 7700 XT (250W max board power) reports less than 400W total system power under load with Ryzen 7 7800X3D and 32GB DDR5. 600W ~ 650W would be plenty for single GPU config.

Are you in the US and do you have a Micro Center near you? Sometimes, they have some nice bundles for CPU/Motherboard/RAM.

I'd check the price for the RX 7700 XT you have: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/video-card/#c=558&sort=price&page=1 - there are a number that are $50-$75 cheaper.

I agree with the saving a few bucks on the PSU - could split the difference and get a 750W PSU to allow for future growth if needed. Some mild changes for the GPU (just using a different part that is cheaper) and the PSU (750W): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GNKQkJ
