Finally in the resort here in Belize!!! Long tiring journey, no sleep in over 24 hours. A few interesting experiences. Looks like the airline may have lost my mothers luggage. Otherwise very beautiful and the accommodations are sweet.
Well the weather isn't looking good for the rest of the time we will be here. Looks like it will be stormy. Might not get any snorkeling in which would be fucking annoying as that is a good part of the reason we came here. Oh well we will plan around it if we have to. Had a good dinner tonight in san Pedro.
Update: had a great time today! Snorkeling tour on a sail boat with a rastafarian type guide. About 15 of us in the group, mostly young students, some cute girls too though they were with their BFs. Saw and touched nurse sharks and rays also saw tons of coral and other fish, a sea turtle and green moray eel too. Had rum punch on the sail back. Had dinner in a local hole in thee wall Lebanese place, quite good. Got too much sun though, really bad sun burn on my back, putting on cloths hurts, lol. Father is almost sick from the sun. I put on sun screen and wore a shirt in the water but for some stupid reason took the shirt off half way through. Will remember the sharks and rays for a long time!
Update 2: Another pretty good day. Mostly walked around Caye Caulker, had lunch, took photos and layzed around in the beautiful weather. Tomorrow is our last day, going to see if we can get in one more snorkeling tour.
