edit 2: and time, install finished --no problems (rebooted 2x and no hardware prompt)

now let's see if wow loses its problem

I never installed the beta version,in my case I went from the last official ones 100.65 to these.

The betas broke my multi-monitor setup; these didn`t. I hate beta drivers!

I don't think that these are the same, when I installed the betas I had tons of problems in games and the resolution I use didn't work right, but now everything is fine with these.

Blah, no update on the XP version. The beta 158.19 working great for me though in XP. I'll be installing Vista over the weekend after I swap out my mobo so I'll be giving these a run.

strange as these are the same drivers. they are now "WHQL Certified", so they no longer have the beta tag. other than that they are the same (well, same as the 158.18 beta, that is), with the same file dates (4/12)Nand file sizes.

in fact it think they are using the same release notes, lol (dated 4/19)

yes, they are. likely something went wrong with you previous install (install method is quite different with 158 drviers).
