Finding a good CS Private Server

I just wanted to see what some recommendations are of game server hosting places. Let me know which services you guys have tried and are good. My clan is looking to get a small 10 or 12 person private server for scrimmages and matches. Thanks for your help.

What price range? You could possibly do that on a dedicated cable or DSL that isn't being used by anything else.
