NO NO NO NO NO NO NO... the add was misleading... they had enough mousepads for the first few people into the store. I showed up at 11am this morning and was told that the mousepads were gone a minute after the store opened.

I was there at 10am just by coincidence. When I got there I saw a line out the door of people waiting to get in... was trying to figure out why. Was this deal. They had plenty of mousepads though, crowd was gone by 10:10 and still had some left. Probably gone by 11 though.

Yeah, I thought dvd would have some rebate or something, $15 for dvd is no big deal to me. And free mousepad, well, it was a gel thing with a few fishes in it that move around so I guess it's worth a few bucks, but, eh. I guess if you wanted the DVD anyway it's not a bad deal.

Well, I chose the Best Buy route today at lunch. I used the Coming Attractions coupon and got Nemo for $14.39 +tax with the free DVD/CD wallet with Bruce the shark on it. It is actually pretty nice.

What I really like about the DVD is the TV-PC'esque screensaver that is a fish tank, brilliant idea. I also like that there are 2 discs, one is full screen and the other is widescreen.

I have a Best Buy on my way home from work but Circuit City is like 15-20 minutes out of the way. If I go into Best Buy with a printout of Circuit City's price of $14.99 will Best Buy price match it?

Needn't PM, Meijer has it for $14.99. Requires a coupon for ONE box of poptarts, or ONE box of Rice Krispies treats or $3 off Finding Nemo when you buy two packs of batteries. Just an update (bought it there last night)

I went to BB last night to pricematch circuit city on Finding Nemo and Ice Age. The guy in the movie department said to PM Nemo, but not Ice Age, at the counter it should take $5 off of Ice Age. Went to a new lady at the checkout that had no clue what she was doing, PM'ed didn't show the $5 off, so she added that in, then when she hit the checkout button or whatever it gave me another $5 off! Got both movies at $9.99 each


Oh yeah to make this even hotter (if you would want) the two disc set has the full movie on each disc, one is full screen the other wide screen. If you want you could always sell one version of it and come out pretty good!
