These are the functional pics with the machine turned off. I've got to add a few more things, but this will be the jist of it. And I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to keep these CPU fans, unfortunately.

The more I see your rig, the more that case pwnz. Nice choice! Though 2.66 GHz Xeons hardly do that bad boy a justice! Nice HS/F setup as well BTW

Well, you have to remember that this case is primarily for rendering and other work, not really games and such. And yea, I researched a while trying to find out if those HSF would fit. Eventually, I just said fvck it, and ordered them.

The case is an Enermax FS2300, and it's $450 bought through the manufacturer. The shipping weight is about 100 pounds, so shipping is quite expensive too. As far as sleeving, it was done from the stuff available at performance pcs. I've used several different kits, kinds, and versions at this point, and I'm not sure which was which. A lot of misc power cables were custom made / soldered by myself, while the actual PSUs (both) were sleeved by performance pcs. I didn't have tools or the time to do it myself at the time.

On / off. It directly corresponds to the PSU on / off.

do i see a sata raid card? what sata card is that, and what raid do you have setup?

Yes, that is a 8 port Broadcom BC4852 RAID controller operating on a PCI-X bus (64-bit 133-MHz). I have a 5 disk (soon to be 6 this week) RAID 5, and a single 160gb (soon to be RAID 0 with another 160).

Currently 4 on each of the Zalmans, and two on the Hardcano. Another two will be added on the Hardcano, and two more on the right side Zalman.

No. All fans have their own channel / pwr source, although quite a few are powered from the 8-pin mobo connector & 6-pin SLI connectors.
