well, i was offering the coupon in FS/FT last week but no one seemed to want it, so i went ahead and used it.

I'm the proud new owner of an Inspiron 4100

btw, it's stackable, one-time use (just tried to use it again but no go), system only (but sometimes it's actually $75 off $X where they determine X to be the lowest priced system available), and it expires 1/25/02.
catalog was to be delivered 1/5/02 - 1/8/02 to previous dell small business customers.

just a little info for those in search of the coupon/catalog.

It's been CONFIRMED to be ONE TIME USE ONLY by several users I PM'd the code to.

ok.... i have the small business catalog... and it has the dates 1-5-02 - 1-8-02 but i cant find the number. anyone wanna help?... i think the codes are 5 time use or so im hearing.... anyone?

Ok guys... I found that I do have the Small Business January 2002 catalog (as stated on the front) and the back above my address states 1/5/02 - 1/8/02.

But I'll be damned if there is any coupon code on there!

Perhaps they weren't happy about sending me a gig of registered ecc for an insanely low price? Am I on their blacklist now?

Any help would be appreciated. Or, it's still not too late to grant my birthday wish and PM me a code

i think there are a couple of catalogs on those dates. 1 has the coupon the others dont. i too have the same no coupon bearing catalog as you.

on fw they say the coupon code is in an orange banner.

Argh this is frustrating, I was THRILLED that I rec'd the Dell Small Business catalog sent to both my friends physical address and my PO Box ... so I had TWO Dell Small Business catalogs dated 1/5 - 1/8. So far so good. I glance at the orange banner on the back page, no coupon code. I skimmed through ALL the pages from front to back and see NO $75 COUPON CODE!

I wonder what I need to do so that Dell starts sending me these fantastic coupon codes. I'm almost tempted to send a letter to the Vice President of Dell's Small Business Marketing and flat out ask them why some Small Business customers receive coupon codes and others do not.

I wonder about these codes: they can only be used 5 times, which keeps them under control, yet could be enough for Dell to track and study how these things spread like wildfire...

This is really killing me, because I am SOOOO close to something good.

Well Dell Small Business has made some money off me, ordered one Dell Dimension 4300 desktop system, some RAM, and other peripherals I never call them because it takes 2 hours to get through to a live body.

So I'm helping contribute to their bottom line and they still don't mail me coupon codes

I just tested mine out and it does work if the order is $400 or more.

I was sent 2 catalogs from the small business.
1 has the code and the other one does not.

But I can't find the 15% off anywhere.

I see that they have 20% on Dell's software/peripherals and 15% on Dell's monitor but nothing else.

The 15% was working yesterday but has since probably expired. Dell goes through promotions fairly quickly. If you don't mind sharing, I would like the code as well.

You could try calling their customer service, don't know if it would work or not tho. Worth a try.

The 15% code sent through the Small Business E-mail and it was valid for *all* software and peripherals. It expires 06/30/02. I will trade anyone the 15% off code I have for your $75 off $400 code. PM me if interested. BTW, if you check the details of the $75 off $400 coupon it mentions there's a limit of 5 purchases. That's where I figured it was a 5-time use coupon.
