I just stumbled into Firefly on NetFlix. As of viewing the first 4 episodes, it'san impressively written & staged Space Western. Sad that it was cancelled. Definitely something to rent or buy.

OMG! FYE actually has a sale!
I remember FYE when I lived near one of their stores. Their stuff was always overpiced. They had 5 year old computer games for full price, or GASP, $5 off $50. I didn't even know they had a web presense.

That aside, this is a decent price for firefly. When I saw the movie, I went and watched all the eps. Good stuff, I hope they revive it sometime.

Target also has it on sale today, I think it ends today, but it currently is $29.99, regularily $39.99. Very tempting, may go back and get a set. How does it compare to the DVD movie Serenity?

Went back to Target and picked up a copy. Got home and my 20 yr old son scarfed it up to take over to a neighbor's house. He and his buddies really liked Serenity. I should hear how he likes or dislikes Firefly later. But they may stay up all night watching it.

took 15 days from order to delivery.... I'm in NJ, not outer boondockland. Shipping packaging was the worst ever, some kinda bubbleshrinkwrap completely attached to the actual shrinkwrapped boxset. No kinda of protective box. I guess it saves on shipping and shipping was free. Not sure I'll order from FYE again.
But package was undamaged and the series is @#$%ing AWESOME!!!
The actual boxset is very cool and I love the slim dvd sleeves.
I want to know these people.
