they work, feel, and the speed is the same

hope one day they will catch up with the browsing speed of Chrome

I still use FF mainly due to XMARKS being fuxored up on Chrome when it comes to favicons u always lose them when u syn for the first time

I guess I don't really get the point of the "Health Report". Is it one of those things that will only matter if I have a problem? More of a snapshot of statistics about your FF usage, than a "health report" of the browser.

Hopefully it's better than ff 20.0.1 - 2.7 GB RAM for 3 tabs + 5 plugins lol

Dang, I have a youtube video, 4 forum tabs, 5 plugins, and 3 extensions running and I am "only" using 191 MB of RAM.

Firefox also got h264 (and aac) decoding for html5 on Windows.

No idea why this isn't in the release notes, maybe they tried to sneak it in.

Is that automatically enabled or do you have to manually enable it?

One change that had me confused for a second is the "Clear Recent History" link in the menus. I usually clear my history about once a day before going to bed and am so used to it being in the Tools menu. They moved it to the History menu. The first time I looked at the tools menu I was like wtf!?

I have FF set to cleal all history and cookies on exit. Then the add-on Betterprivacy deletes flash based cookies every 4 minutes and on FF exit.

I just found something out yo! The middle click button on my laptop opens a page in a new tab. I'm sure pressing down on the scroll wheel of a mouse will yield the same effect on links.

Firefox started deteriorating since they started too frequent releases. Several times in the last year I had to launch IE or Chrome to get things done. I am slowly becoming a fan of Chrome. Thanks to Firefox!

If you otherwise like Firefox, you could use the ESRs. I think the current is V17.

And what's deteriorating in your opinion? the frequent updates that bring nothing new to the end user other than under the hood changes?

I mean for me, If I use FF 5 or FF 21 I don't notice a diff in terms of speed or usability

I haven't had an issue with Firefox in years. What problems are you seeing? Too many add-ons?
