Firefox takes a Quantum leap forward with new developer edition

Last night it updated again, however, it retained the same version number and I haven't used it enough to see whether or not anything changed for me.

I see now that one change is in how the tabs page is displayed and now it shows large page icons instead of the very small pictures with news below them.

Now I see why there's a difference as I've also noticed that new tab preferences on the 32 bit version are full featured while the 64 bit version is still missing most of them. It also dropped my pocket logon from the 64 bit version while retaining it in the 32 bit version which is weird, however, logging back in did not restore pocket to my tabs page.

Quantum just received another security update that didn't alter the version number making 3 security related revisions since 57.0 was released to beta channel subscribers.

Anybody found a compatible Tab Mix Plus add on for FF57?...

I read this somewhere else,

I miss TMP today, because unfortunately it does not work with FF57-Quantum. I would also like to ask you to make it usable for FF57-Quantum. Without TMP even the best FF is not fun.

My 'Classic Theme restored' UI is living on borrowed time I guess. For half a moment I was considering going into FF's options and disabling auto update, but I guess I should bite the bullet... or more specifically, wait for Firefox to bite the bullet for me.

Pocket has straightened up for me today with the tabs page properly displaying itself again so I'm happy.

Wow, the majority of my add-ons are still marked "Legacy". I think I'll only update it on my secondary machine.

Sticking with FF 54. Works great and I have zero reasons to change. Getting tired of software developers deciding for us what we "need" and should do without to have it. The main reason I chose FF was the add-ons. Old dogs don't need to learn new tricks if the old tricks still work.

I have two add-ons and both were legacy for about a month . A week ago one went with extensions and today just before 57 hit the ground the second went extensions. So I be good with the new version,up to this point.

Oh, I think I've missed something. Anybody know minimum gpu requirement for WebRender? Should it comply with certain API (OpenGL /OpenCL/DirectX) standard?
