Exactly. Dude if you kept on dropping plates just thinking about her how much more when you are with her?... First of all, you need to get rid of this "I'm a loser" attitude... that's why you feel so imtimidated... and trust me... the worst things happen when you feel intimidated and you end up losing an opportunity. Relax like what everyone's been saying... it sounds like you have an altar for this girl. You have to play the game right... just be cool... and have fun... this isn't the only pretty girl in the world. >>

So what are you worried about then...?...you're all set.

Hold on to that confidence! Don't let it slip. Stop thinking about it as they may get you worried about it again. Just keep thinking she said "Yes". That is a good sign of things to come.

Skip the flower. Save it for the future ... All it can produce is an awkward few minutes while she tries to come up with something to keep it in.

If you run out of things to talk about, make fun of people you work with. It's the easiest way to get somebody to associate with how you feel (assuming they're willing to go along with it)

Kiss on the first date? If it feels right .... go for it. Reading from your message, my guess is that it won't feel right.
Look at it this way ... If you both have fun, then you'll have a chance for a kiss on the second date regardless of whether you kiss her or not on date #1. She's not going to no go out with you again if she had fun, but you didn't kiss her ... so it's really a moot point.
