My friend played this game demo at CES 2007 on a computer with Single GTX 100.30 drivers at 2056 resolution and the game was running very smoothly like 60 FPS.

This will undoubtedly be better by the time the final game is released, but I wouldn't be all that surprised if it still runs badly. Almost all the PC games coming out these days are performing like crap, even on current hardware. It's become the new trend or something.

My buddy played the game at CES 07 too and his feedback was the complete opposite.

For now I'll believe it when I see it, not from a "friend" like you might do. :laugh:

It is my understanding that Havok is not involved in Crysis.

PhysX is the engine in use.

Bad news for ageia, they mustve dropped it, crysis was once listed on their "supported games" list. I see it isnt there anymore either.

I also see the warhammer MMO has been dropped as well, due to their new performance requirements for new games using the engine.
