Shuttle boards are becoming overclockers' choice as they have lots of voltage, fsb tweak available within the BIOS. As we can see from the diagrams below, this board allows CPU Vcore to be set up to a high of 2.40v

LOL! I saw that too..........anyone whom will take a Northwood to 2.4Vcore is a braver man than I especially if it's one of the 2.53b's........

On top of that the SiS963 South bridge chipset is paired with the SiS 648 North Bridge through a 1 GB/s MutIOL channel. This doubles the bandwidth between the North and South from the previous 512MB/s.
