There's no prostate check but a good ob/gyn will go up the poopchute everytime, sometimes its the only way to palpate the uterus.

And I believe female medical students joke about losing their physical exam virginity after the first time they examine a male patient with an erection. Honestly, it's so clinical for us there's no sexual/weird thoughts at all. At least for me.
