:O I can get cancer now from doing that??Me, I wouldn't even bother with the bake. Risky, generally doesn't work long-term, and there may be some cancer risks in there with the release of some of those chemicals during baking.
Just buy another card.
That's what happens, if you leave it in there for too long. Lots of mess to clean up afterwards. Wrap it up in foil beforehand.Um...huh....
I heard that it is possible for the capacitors to *leak* or and *burst* and the PCB board to *warp* after this....also if it "de-solders" the chips on the back of the card; the card's obviously not going to work after *baking*...:hmm:
Yeah, can't believe... that did happen to Nvidia.because the BGA solder on some NV GPUs was shoddy to begin with.
