I just found a 2" scratch on the side of my new car (wish I could punch a baby right now). It's a Mazda3 with a "graphite mica" exterior.
I'm thinking of using Quixx to try to fix it but I'm not sure if I need touch up paint as well. My fingernail barely gets caught on it. I'm worried that the touchup paint will not match perfectly or I'll do something to screw it up. So I'm planning to try Quixx first and if that doesn't work well enough, try to use the paint and then use Quixx again to even it out.
Does that sound like a decent plan or does anyone have any advice?
