trikster2 when did you order your Planar PX191 and for what price? I orderd the Planar PX191 for $618.04 shipped on Thursday 06/12 in the evening and got the Order Acknowledgement & Confirmation email right away that the Planar PX191 19" LCD would ship on 06/17. However, on Monday I got an email that the PX191 will not ship until 06/25. I hope my order will not be canceled or delayed any further. Too good of a deal for that LCD.

Dell just sent an email out about how pricing is subject to verification, and since there was a pricing error, orders have been cancelled.

Items that have shipped will be honored at the agreed price.

Actually, a few minutes ago I just called the number mentioned in an earlier post ( 800-901-3355 x 61843 ) and after about 25 minutes on hold, spoke to a human. Apparently what Dell is taking issue with is that the system allowed people to stack coupons. I told him I hadn't used any coupons (i just took advantage of the auto stacked 15% + 15% off, heheh), and he said they cancelled everything for some reason. He reinstated my order and gave me free overnight shipping... so i still get my Sony DSC-U20 minicam for $156 shipped! woohoo!

Anyways, it's worth calling; if you stacked coupons, however, you may be outta luck (you may be able to still get them to give it to you for the price before the stacked coupons, which is still... what, 27.5% off? not too shabby).

And be nice to them... the phone reps' lives must be living hells right now, and it's not even their fault (it's only internet orders that got screwed up).

mine is just "Delayed" i hear that ppl who did the 15+15+5 got cancels... but i just did the 15(promotion)+15(email coupon) and i'm just waiting...

Eh Im in the process of buying a house, that deal dropped a $500 monitor to $366, I need every last damned penny (of course im being yelled at then DONT BUY IT!!) hehe

No, the auto 15% and email 15% from late last week aren't getting cancelled.
At least mine aren't.

I had 2 auto 15% + email 15% that are still good. 1 shipped, 1 pending.

I had 2 orders, 2 auto 15% + 5% email, all got cancelled (1 partially shipped)

just got my weekly order delay notification from Dell that the Planar PX191 19" LCD will not ship until 07/02. Also email says I will need to notify Dell that the order delay will be ok with me or the order will be canceled. Not much luck here with my order.

Glad others got their Planar LCD shipped right away.

Just got off the phone with dell and I should let you guys know that for those of you who didn't use extra coupons but got cancelled the deal is still alive.

I called them up, told them that when I went to check my order status it said cancelled by customer request. I told him I didn't cancel it and I'd like to reinstate it. He asked me if I'd used extra coupons and I told him I'd only taken the discounts the website automaticlly added. He told me they'd had alot of people with trouble stacking coupons and wasn't sure why mine got cancelled. Put me on hold, came back with two new order numbers for my kingston cf and S400 just like that. No transfering, or anything. Took me about 2 minutes not counting hold time. So for some of you it's defenitely worth calling about. Good luck!
