I'm having the same experience as everyone:
On 6/15/2003, I ordered the Kingston 256 MB CF Card, and the Canon S400 camera. The total came out to $418.89. Today, while checking the status order, I noticed that mysteriously, only the CF card shipped, and the S400 was somehow 'cancelled per customer request'. Of course this was bogus, so, I spend the last hour and a half calling up Dell customer support. I must have gone through 3 CSRs and a supervisor before she advised to email the Sales Rep who had modified my order.
So, I emailed my Sales Rep, and will give him the advised 24 hour to reply before taking it up with Dell sales.
Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed from her to try and get the S400 at the price which was confirmed to me?
I shall update the thread with my progress.
