<< Something tells me BA4800 are much better than these outdated Promedia V.2-400s. BA4800 delievers crisp high-range and Rich midrange that these Promedias seem to lack.
Any opinions?

Well, not to bust your gut or anything, but I disagree. I'm more into home-audio, but I don't think your BA speakers are better than the Klipsch's. You say that the BA's delivers crisp high-range, but they're lacking a tweeter. A single 2.5" driver is not going to deliver much treble above 10khz, and there's going to be a lot of roll-off once you go off axis. The Klipsch's, otoh, have a separate tweeter and midrange. About midrange, a 180hz x-over (according to the site you provided) is high. The general rule is that you never want an x-over of above 100hz, and pref much lower than that. Lastly, the Klipsch's come with an 8" sub, which is larger than the 6.5" sub in the BA's.
Like I said, I'm not trying to bust your gut - I just think the Klipsch's at that price seem like a really hot deal
