does anyone know of any software, that will encrypt data on a flash drive?

I'm a user of TrueCrypt for my hard drives, but I want something like Kingston's Secure Traveler software that allows you to partition a flash drive into encrypted and non-encrypted partitions. I've got a Kingston Data Traveller II 1GB flash drive that I've split into two 500mb partitions - one of which is encrypted.

I've tried using the software on my new 4GB OCZ Rally2 stick, but the software won't run unless it's on a Kingston drive. I've found software that will encrypt the entire drive (like TrueCrypt) and software that will encrypt specific files or folders, but these aren't nearly as convenient or as fast as the Secure Traveler software.

You can make a truecrypt encrypted volume without taking up the entire drive. I have a 4GB truecrypt volume on my HD for sensitive files. Same a partition, you just have to mount it..

Yes you can, but don't you still have to format the entire drive with TrueCrypt volumes, even if only one volume is for sensitive files? Doesn't that also mean that you must have Admin privileges to be able to log on to either TrueCrypt volume?

I don't always have Admin privileges at work, and even if I did I sometimes want to quickly grab a file without having to log in to TrueCrypt. There are also times when I let a coworker borrow the stick..

The Secure Traveler is covenient because you can use the drive like any other non-encrypted drive for most cases, and only log on when you need to access the encrypted files.
