So, I have a shitbeater 1990 Chevy Scottsdale truck, that really only gets used during the summer for yard maintenance etc., and I went out to put the battery into it today, and noticed one of the tires was dead flat. I thought, no problem, I know how to change a tired ... famous last words.
I have changed tires on this truck before, and don't know why this particular one is being difficult, though I think rust might have something to do with it.
I've gotten all the nuts off of the tire, but it won't come right off. It is off the ground entirely, but the rim seems 'fused' to what it is sitting on.
I've attached some pictures, not sure how useful they'll be. Does the brown thing in the middle of the rim stay on, or does it need to come off? I'm thinking it stays on.
