Flavor of Love - girl craps herself?!?!?

I just heard from a friend that a girl on Flavor of Love crapped herself, and it was all caught on camera. Not to be too gross, but I just HAVE to see this. I have tried all of the regular searches, but I cannot find the video anywhere on the net. Can anyone help?

BTW, I hate reality TV but I love this show. It is simultaneously the best (or at least most entertaining) and worst show on TV. It's embarrassing to say I watch it but I guess it's just one of life's guilty pleasures.

I've caught bits and pieces, half the guys seemed gay and I just want to strangle New York. Pardon the double standard, but there's just something wrong about her (probably) sleeping w a bunch of guys during the course of the show.
