Anyone try this Swype alternative? The text entry part is nice enough (also has a comma on the front page), but the lack of a cursor/cut&paste page is sort of a killer.

Haven't tried it myself, I use a custom GB style keyboard right now. Never really liked the Swype style keyboards personally, but the FlexT9 is getting some attention from the devs I follow on Twitter.

I wish it had auto CAPS. The auto space thing would be nice too but I don't care about that as much. The swype part works well enough. It'd be even better with auto CAPS, but apparently each keyboard has its drawbacks. I've yet to find one that does everything I need.

I have tried so many, yet none of them were exactly what I wanted.

I'll probably stick with this one for a while.

Well it does auto caps if you use punctuation and then hit space.

No it doesn't, as that's exactly what I'm having problems with. It doesn't matter if I hit one or two spaces after a period, it never capitalizes sentences unless I tell it to. It DOES auto cap "I" and "I'm" properly regardless of where they are in the sentence, but won't capitalize the beginning of sentences at all.

edit: I take that back. It auto CAPS in Facebook but not here in opera for some reason. I'll check another browser.

edit2: It auto CAPS in the default nook browser, and doesn't even pop up in Dolphin browser. Guess that means it's buggy. If they fixed that then it'd be the best keyboard out there without much question. Hope there's updates.

I'll say it again... it is application dependent. Works in Facebook fine but not opera. I've read reviews and forum posts that say the exact same thing so it's definitely a bug or compatibility problem with some apps.

i found it very sluggish went back to the stock GB KB
