You might want to try and get a 5.25 to 3.5 mounting adapter kit to mount a 3.5 floppy to that machine.
Here is one place that carries the 5.25 to 3.5 mounting adapter kit.
5.25 to 3.5 mounting kit
It's priced at $3.99 and that includes the old 5.25 power adapter conversion to work on your 3.5 fdd.
I hope that helps.

I think everyone here is missing the point. A Z80 processor is not x86 compatible. This is a very old CPU of which many specialty computers and even some consoles were based on (Sega Genesis/Mega Drive). This thing does not run Windows, DOS, or probably even UNIX. It's a PLC machine. The programs are written specifically to run on this type of CPU without an OS or at least a very very basic one that handles input/output only.
We have PLC type machines at work and it's best to contact the manufacturer of the machine instead of asking here. They would be familiar with the architecure of the PLC machine and can help you out. Here is a link to their site. Most people here don't even remember the pre-Windows 3.0 days
My guess is that it is a small program to run some kind of machine and the machine is just a DOS programmed machine. A machine this old would not have a USB port, if you remember USB did not even come about until after windows 98 was out for a year or more. It probably is on the order of a Commodore 64.You guys are so retarded. The answer is obvious. Just plug in a USB pen drive and transfer the data.

I would get a 100 mb external zip drive that runs off of the parallel port and transfer the data to that then take the disk to another machine and copy it to a floppy. Cost about $35.00 or less.

No I can guarantee it's not even a Microsoft OS. As he states in his above post:USB wasn't supported until the later versions of Windows 95 and I HIGHLY doubt he is even running that. Most likely 3.1 or earlier.
No Microsoft OS, not even DOS, was ported to the Z80 processor.but On Toray there is not USB port the microprocessor is Z 80 is made on 1989

Seriously dude, WTF? 5.25 drive?

I believe the retard would be you man.
what part of a PLC system that runs off a EPROM do you not understand?
Older PLC's dont have USB ports...and he needs a 5.25 to program the thing....a USB pen drive isnt gonna work... Hell man do you even know what PLC is man?
