Care to explain how this is not voter suppression? It literally suppresses peoples ability to vote based on their ability to pay fines.
During the midterm's a local district here in Daytona FL, (in a predominantly black area ) were all herded into one polling place, I was on my bike and stopped annd talked to a few since the line went 1/4 mile down the sidewalk, some had been in line hours already and were wearing out.I just read THIS and have changed my mind about voter suppression.
