I'm getting pretty tired of this already too...and I'm a democrat. Well, whatever we have to do to make sure that every vote is at least counted once (supposedly there are some votes that were lost or something that haven't even been counted once...i dunno...).

Hopefully the democrats will bury themselves by trying to sue their way into the white house, and destory themselves. The republicans are damaged goods after that impeachment crap too, and with W in office, hopefully in four years the two major partys will be damaged significantly.

Time for two NEW "major parties", or at least a significantly powerfull third party. Republicans and Democrats have been in power to long and are corrupt. If Gore sues his way into the white house, it will only prove it futher.

For what it's worth... I am a Florida resident. I am VERY pleased with the way in which Ms. Harris handled herself. The Florida legislature DID give her the authority to certify the results and then then the supreme court (Florida's) took it away. Somebody please tell me when it became the responsibility of the supreme court to make laws... I alway thought that was the job of the legislature...

My hope is that this all comes to an end soon. Frankly I'm surprised that it went to Gov. Bush.

Even though I'm a registered republican and a supporter I was sure that Gore would pull it out...

Perhaps still will...

THATS funny.. that you can't even pick a winner in the primaries OR the real election.. Florida Law allows for a contest period. Bush's suit will be heard in the US Supreme Court. Bush is to sue five counties. Gore to sue three counties....
