Looks very very close, but I think it's just shirt folds. If you keep watching, it folds differently each time in that spot, never 'catching' on the same 'object' underneath.

I also suspect that what he's wearing wouldn't really support holding a shit pistol at that angle/location, it'd just as likely flop out and shoot his balls off (which isn't out of the possible scenarios here, I just think it would have fallen out sooner).

Just wondering what our local 2A supporters would say if this guy got shot and the reason was, he was being threatening and appeared to have a gun which later turned out to be false.

Charging towards someone like that with the whole flexing moves in an effort to intimidate while the other person is clearly retreating/backing up?

I wouldn't give two shits for that fuck-head - and I say that regardless of if he had a gun or not.

(Just make sure you shoot him in the leg, you know - like Biden said )

I'm a 2A supporter, and I wouldn't justify killing someone just because they were 'acting hostile'. Someone really needs it, to get shot, imo. Not even an ass whoopin' should be grounds for firing a shot.

I'm going to guess the words "good shoot" would be liberally sprinkled throughout the post based on the blood lust of some of our local RWNJs.

I do... however... think there should be SOMETHING to be said for people who openly harass people by freely recording folks at anytime. I'm not saying that applies to this situation.

Not that I'm in favor of limiting it per say - after all it's what brings plenty of people to justice especially as of late.... . but just imagine someone giving you an "I'm not touching you but I'm getting close to you and recording everything you do while harassing you".

Most people here probably won't understand this until it happens to them though.

Really? So when you're an old person you should only shoot AFTER a swift punch to the temple?

You realize plenty of people would be practically paralyzed and entirely knocked out with one or two good punches, right?

You’re not one of the usuals. However I appreciate the feedback.
Edit: Above is one of the usuals

I'm not an old person. I said 'I', I wasn't speaking for everyone.

I would justify shooting someone that was trying to kick an old person's ass. That's a reasonable assumption of defense of life.

Okay - I guess I was applying it more to this specific situation (which seemed to be Fanatical's question) - where the person with the camera sounds much older.

You do have a big imagination, huh? The guy in the vid went looney tunes over store policy about masks. Just a minor psychotic episode. He'll be fine, really.

I’m sort of with you. I have no idea what the solution should be but I’d love to revisit the whole you have no privacy in public places thing because the ease of spreading stuff has made minor venues into potentially hundreds of millions of views.
Again I have no idea what the solution is and obviously there are times recording and shaming someone is good as we’ve just seen.

Did you miss the part where I said "I'm not saying that applies to this situation." ?

Of course you did.

If you're not saying that it applies to this situation, why did you bring it up at all? You know that all of this lame public endangerment about masks is Trump inspired, don't you? And they wrap it in their usual libertopian personal responsibility schtick, of course. What happened to the idea that people have the responsibility to keep their germs to themselves? Is that too much to ask?

according to the law you have to demonstrate your life was in danger.
It is NOT enough to say you feared for your life. You have to prove to an outside observer your life was under real threat.

Looks like Costco - which has a full-blown rule that no one can go in without a mask (with someone there to make sure).

So he must have put it on to begin with and deliberately took it off during the shopping.

What a giant turd. There is just certain shit in life that just isn't worth it.
And attitudes like his were condoned by the likes of who?

People are recorded on the streets almost every time they go out. What makes this different? He wasn't followed he recorded at a given time he felt he needed to.

BTW - Are you saying randomly following someone in public is a crime? I recollect there was a case where people defended this type of behavior.

Can I walk around recording your wife's ass and zoom in on her cleavage?

I'm sure that won't bug you.

Not to mention in 1776, and for several years after, the U.S. was getting its ass thoroughly kicked by the British.

It actually started in 1944, 168 years later, but who’s counting. We actively stayed out of world events. We got involved in WWI but we did not flex ourselves until after WWII.

First of all I wouldn't know if someone was doing that.
Second, person holding the phone wasn't zooming on that guy's dick he was recording a dick.

However that doesn't answer the question. Are you saying randomly following someone in public is criminal harassment?
