Exactly. I don't know why people here like to get caught up in semantics so much. It's quite petty.
Whether I feel sick or am officially diagnosed as being sick I don't really care at that moment, I just consider myself sick. Sure there is a difference if you want to get technical but most people when they say they are sick they don't care about the technicalities nor did they even get tested.
Your argument is the equivalent of going "well I was in a car wreck in Grand Theft Auto, so its semantics to say I wasn't in an actual car wreck!"
Oh, if you want to actually care about facts, sure there's a difference? Well gee, why are you getting all pedantic about semantics? But why bother bringing that difference up? Hey, there's a difference between a nuclear reactor used to create electricity and an nuclear bomb, but its just semantics as after all its the same splitting of atoms, who cares about the differences?
Its not semantics and that's the problem with your ignorance is you're too ignorant to understand how ignorant you are, leading you to spread incredibly ignorant thoughts like the ones you post so regularly. Get legitimate flu where you're puking and diarrheaing out for a good week straight causing you to be so dehydrated that you need a hospital stay, or possibly die. Then let me know how "semantic" it is to say that you're not actually sick when you get the flu shot.
FYI, its because saying you "feel sick" is the behavior of a child who doesn't know that its a mild and temporary reaction and is better than even a weak strain of the flu where you'd be sick for a couple of days, let alone a particularly troublesome strain that will use your immune system to kill you.
Frankly I don't care if you get sick or not. I care about you spreading germs to others who don't even have the option of getting the flu shot (and the potential of getting it being potentially deadly for them) more. For an alleged "true Christian" you sure are selfish.
So, this is false.
The flu shot doesn't make you sick or unwell. It can, however, produce an immune response which makes you feel under the weather for a couple days. But that's different than being sick or in a state of unwellness.
Damn, when even eits is saying you're being ridiculously ignorant when it comes to medical related (especially vaccines as he used to rage about them), you should probably take it as a hint.
