the size is listed on the website... measure it yourself, it's just slightly smaller than average i think... but still a good size. It's all OOS wherever I checked, the target guy said they'll start carrying foosball tables again in december. :frown:

Never saw anything like that in Europe, but now I remember that I recently saw a foosball table at Sears that had three goalies. I thought somebody fscked that up while setting it up.

no luck here... went back and the two that were there are now gone...

They still had a 10 in 1 game table made by "Matrix" I think. The price on that was $69.90 and the box was very badly beaten, so I'm hesitant - I'd hate to get it and not have all the pieces.. and 69 is a little steep for me.

Here's the deal (unofficial review from a new owner) on the table...

It a HYDRO from Sport Craft. Its roughly 2 feet x 4 feet. Gray/granite and black in color. The rods are a bit flexible but after a bit of WD-40 they slide pretty well in the plastic bearings. The men are no where near regulation (if there is such a thing). The are not counter-balanced and a bit lightweight. Taking shots from the goalie on a one-on-one game kinda bytes. You have to manuever the ball through all the men - yours and the opponents because the 'legs' of the men always fall towards the table. The playing surface is smooth for the most part. Its got a slight grain but nothing that will trap dirt/dust. The automatic, suction cup/spring loaded serving unit in the center of the table is useless. The cool pop-up serving appeal wears off faster than the suction action of the suction cup holding the circular disc (that takes up the 1 1/2" circular space in the center of the table) that actually pops the ball up. Ball control is not nearly as good as on a full sized high quality table. The corners are rounded due to corner covers that wrap over the top of the table down to the playing surface and the field is slightly pitched towards the center by design. There is a two rod defense line, one man on the goalie and two on the defensive rod in front of it. A bit different from the two man goal rod but you get used to it if you'd played with the other configuration. The balls that the unit comes with are hard plastic. have a soccor ball pattern to them and make a bit of noise when they roll on the pressboard surface and hit the walls. Rubber is better. The legs are sturdy and decent. The table has enough weight from all the pressboard pieces and the whole thing is actually pretty darn good for $40.

Rating: 8 out of 10. Remember what you are paying for - its not a professional level table but for $40 you can have just as much fun kicking your friend's asses.
