u know what makes this deal even more sweet? when u have a friend that works there that can use their employee discount + the 30% off... and even sweeter then that, when footlocker has their great buy one get one free things... i got two of those 150$ nike coats there for like 99$ total or something anyways, good deal

Darn, just bought 2 pairs from the website yesterday for $170 after shipping and tax from the clearance department. :disgust: Oh well, nice shoes.

Just a word of advice....do NOT wait until the last day to place your order....I did last time they had one of these deals in December and they charged me full price on 4 pairs of kicks...2 Kenneth Cole and 2 pairs of Nike Air Max. To add insult to injury, they shipped my order in pieces, problem is, they requested temporary authorizations on my CC for the full price (@ $450) and then each time a set of shoes shipped, they put a temp authorization on those as well. At one point, they had @$750 tied up on my card for shoes that should have totalled @$330. On top of that, they charged me double for shipping b/c they tried to get the shipment in before X-mas. Got it all resolved, but it was a minor headache in getting it done. Just make sure you check your CC online constantly to see the transaction through.

As to using the coupon at a B&M, I've gotten a whole range of reactions. You occasionally get the "who do you know who works here?" question, but most of the time they just ring you up with no problems at all.

A couple times the guy asked me if I was sure that was all I wanted, because everything in the store was 30% off.....I took the guys word and bought some more basketball shorts.

Shoes like clothes should first be seen and tried on in person before ordering online. Imagine the hassle and expense of returning a pair of shoes because they are the wrong color, were to light/heavy, were slightly too small, etc. So I would recommend visiting your local Foot Locker first to see the shoe, and just buy it there. Avoid the hassle, expense and wait of shipping. If you have a problem with the shoe simply return it to your local store.

Bah, go over their heads and tell them you have a friend in the Corporate offices that signs her paycheck. That'll shut her up in a hurry. I ordered online b/c they have shoes in the online stores that they don't carry in the B&M, namely Kenneth Cole shoes and older Air Max's. They have a lot more selection online and some of the shoes are discounted as well. As for the return policy, it states on the website you can just go to any B&M and return them for a full refund (not incl. shipping though). I know my shoe size in Nike's and K. Cole as I have owned about a dozen pairs of each.

One point of interest. I think Footlocker is either owned by or their distributor is Eastbay, as my shoes were sent from Eastbay and when I called CS they answered as Eastbay. Just something to keep in mind as I don't think Footlocker.com has worked out all the kinks with their online purchasing system. Your order is affected by too many player's and its easy for them to mess your order up.
