Unfortunately the season started yesterday. Normally I'd agree with you, but my Bills... well they have to pull something interesting to make this happen. The Bears/Packers game was interesting though.

I just hope to see the QB's and WR's lighting up the field. Evans, T.O. and Parrish going deep, and Moss and Welker returning the favor. I really just want to see Edwards show up and prove that he's the right choice for the Bills (much like the beginning of last season).

Though Buffalo has a nice set of receivers, I think they're going to be slowed down more than usual by the Pats. While the Pats' LB depth has suffered, the team has brought in a whole slew of really solid CBs. It'll also be interesting to see the pass rush sans Richard Seymour.

Either way, most people are predicting a huge blowout, but I think this game will be closer than most think. The Bills always get fired up to play the Pats.

For all the negative history TO has, he also has a history of performing well his first year with a team. He signed a one year deal with Buffalo. He effs that up and it makes it hard to sign elsewhere at the end of the season. Baring injury, he'll play hard and be a good teammate.

I know the Bills didn't show much in the preseason, but they're no slouches either. They scored 18 on Tennessee, 27 on the Bears for their only win, 21 on Green Bay, and had a poor finish in the preseason. But you can't count them out. They have talent and had some good defense last year, despite their 7-9 record.

Give them a few weeks before you count them out. I seriously thought they may had a shot at a post-season comeback last year, but they continued to lose games toward the end of the season. They had a 4-0 start last season.
