I have Dell U2713HM 1440 monitor, and a GTX 970.
Currently (and all of I have used with the monitor), I am using the dual-link DVI cable provided by Dell.
I do not have displayport cable, and I am wondering if it offers anything I might be missing with the dual-link DVI. When I search the internet, all I find are HDMI vs displayport articles - dual-link DVI is mostly ignored.
Are there any reasons to buy a displayport cable to use over a DVI dual link cable for my set-up?
Thanks for any help.
