Now I belive you could just perchase this if you wanted and if you do not qualify for the $100 MIR you wont get it because you will have no pay check STUB.

I wouldn't think AMD would mind if someone wanted to buy this that was not an employe,there just not going to give you $100 off.Or there would be NO MIR it would be for $179 out the door.

Disqualified for the rebate b/c the billing and shipping address are not the same.

Did you already oc that? Your core speed is showing at 2.486 ghz I believe... the 3200+ should be at 2.2 ghz.

Finally got the combo yesterday. Installation was a breeze once I realized that I forgot to plug in the 12v cable in to the MB and thought I fried my 9800 pro

Anyways, did a nice clean install. Make sure to disable the Promise raid controller or SATA Raid if your not using it. If you don't, some scary error messages like "drive not found" or "no bios available" will appear onscreen during boot.

Tried to OC but no success. Tried to use turbo mode, no success at all. System is stable, did have a memory error when installing creative drivers but it hasn?t happened again, even while running UT DM with 24 players for over an hour.

CPU temp is 40c, 49C under full load, only about 5c higher than my previous Intel system in sig?

The only way I could overclock the board was to run my memory 5:3, PC2700 levels. At that point I could reach a FSB of 210. I have OCZ PC 3200 rev 2 memory, cas 2 memory. I thought this memory could do more than 200 on the front side but it won?t work. Is it the memory? Any other settings to look at? Should I raise the memory voltage? Is it better to run at lets say 2400 (220) at DDR2100 or at 2200 at DDR3200? Thanks!

Since the ASUS board does not have a AGP/PCI lock your running all your devices(Video, sound, Harddrive, etc) out of spec as soon as your go over 200FSB. Unfortunately this will handicap overclocking results.

I hope not, I am having both the billing and shipping address to my mom's work because if I'm not home when the UPS guy comes, he has a tendency to leave big packages in very plain view not even on my porch.

That shouldn't be a problem at all. You've heard of PO Boxes, right? Some people have those and you can't always ship packages to those, so that's one reason for the alternate ship-to address to be added to your credit card. As long as you have the same as always billing address and get it shipped to an approved alternate ship-to address that you called the credit card company to get added (AND you still ship with the name of the credit card holder to the alt. ship-to address), then you should still get the rebate with no problem. One of my friends did this and his package is scheduled to arrive today I believe.
