Pretty much. The only active washing most of my skin gets is a simple rinse in the shower. I use Lever 2000 original bar soap on my neck, armpits, groin, back of knees, back of elbows, and hands obviously. I also put some on my upper back to prevent backne. I have naturally dry skin, so it's not disgusting.

I use head and shoulders shampoo/conditioner 2 in 1.

I'll use some aloe vera if I get irritation, sunburn, but that's it.

used to use acne medication. then i became lazy and i discovered that it's a conspiracy. it didn't get worse. it got better, and i wasn't using anything like Benzoyl peroxide.

personally, i just wash my face with water around 3 times a day. i use toilet paper to carefully dry my face and soak up the oil. that's it really. my acne has improved since i've started doing this.

I Exfoliate and really don't give a fuck what any man on here thinks of a dude who take care of his skin. My GF appreciates soft skin, if it makes me a Metrosexual, fine by me. I'll take that label any day if something like exfoliating will have her wanting to touch me more and more. I use one of those weird net sponge thingies too, get them at Target for 2 bucks. Regular soap is cool but the Exfoliating kind is much better IMHO. I know a lot of females like the rough and rugged mountain man with the beard that could sand wood. But mine and quite a few others like a man who they can touch without bleeding
