Its more irritating when people use . instead of ,.
1.000.000.000 instead of 1,000,000,000. $ should go in the front, but its more irritating to see periods instead of commas, completely changes the meaning of what you're trying to write.
it makes sense to everyone who uses day (smallest unit) / month (not as big as year, but bigger than day) / year (biggest unit) instead of the retarded way americans do it. or, anyone who uses the metric system. or anyone who thinks logic should apply to a shared system of communication.
so [twelve] [million] [dollars] is 12m$.
ofc you can write dollars twelve million and read it backwards, no harm done. but it makes about as much sense as giving the time as 25:08 for twentyfive past eight.
